After three great hunting seasons we are closing Cutting Edge Processing. Our family is leaving the state to pursue other ventures. We would love for someone else to purchase our shop and continue to provide the sportsmen of Arizona with the important service of processing their game meat. We are leaving the business with a prime location, an excellent facility, the ability to expand, and a great reputation with Arizona's hunters.
As you may know the processing season starts in August with archery deer season and can run through February with javelina. The busiest time is the month of November with several large elk hunts running back to back. The off season can be used for the processing of domestic livestock such as; beef, pigs, buffalo, etc. or the facility also has a catering license that enables use of the smoker to do weddings, parties, and as a great advertising tool the 3-D archery shoots held throughout the state in the summer months.
We are willing to transfer ownership of the 1,000 square foot shop, all of the equipment, the phone number, this website, a 24' refrigerated box truck, a 48' refrigerated semi-trailer, and our prized towable smoker.
We would also be willing to train the purchaser and provide a list of possible employees in the area.
