Cutting Edge Processing is licensed, inspected, and insured. We received the highest rating by the AZ Dept. of Agriculture for sanitation.  We are also monitored by the Arizona Game and Fish Department. We process one animal at a time and sanitize in between each animal so you know you are getting back what you brought in.




 

About Us

  At Cutting Edge Processing we spend the time with each customer to ensure the product you get back is what you will use.  You work had for your animal and we want you to enjoy it.  As such, we process each order one at a time.  What you bring in is what you get back. 

We provide many services to enhance your eating experience.  We make a variety of fresh sausages (both link and bulk), summer sausage, snack sticks, and tenderizing. 

ALL PACKAGES 

VACUUM PACKED!

Vacuum packing extends the shelf life of your meat up to 3 times longer than freezer paper alone.

We also provide skinning and delivery service for an extra fee.


 We are available for receiving 24 hours a day 7 days a week during hunting season.


 

Our Facility

We are located near the intersection of AZ Hwy 87 and State Route 260 in Payson, AZ right in the heart of Unit 22 and easily accessible from Units 3A, 3C, 4A, 5A, 5B, 6A, and 23.

Our shop was built in 2009 and received the highest rating given by the Arizona Department of Agriculture.

All aspects of our operation including skinning and check in take place indoors in our clean climate controlled facility.

Each animal is stored in our cooler until processing. After processing your meat is flash frozen then boxed and stored in our walk in freezer until you pick it up or we deliver it to the Phoenix area for you.
